Local control was dependent on the total tumor dose. Objective remission (%59) was in only %30 of patients. The one year survival rate was about %18,4; the two year survival rate was % 1.4 Survival also dependent on the performance status of the patient. These results empasize the Limited effectiveness of radiotherapy in such cases and point out the need for increased research in radiotherapy techniques if survival rates are to be improved. Keywords :
