CASE REPORT: METACARPUS METASTASES IN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

İ.Ü. Onkoloji Enstitüsü Bone metastasis is a common problem which have lung cancer patients. Most frequent site of bone metastasis are vertebras, proximal part of extremities and pelvic bone. Metastasizing distal region of extremities (metacarpus, metatarsus) which is rarely seen in lung cancer is treated with radiotherapy ensuring enough palliation.

Our patient has metacarpus metastasis of third finger of the left hand. His complaint was relieved with radiotherapy Keywords : Lung Cancer, metacarpal metastases, bone metastases
