Gushing Syndrome resulting from ectopic production of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) by bronchial carcinoid is not a common disorder. A new case with bronchial carcinoids was admitted as Gushing Syndrome who had operated on by bilateral adrenalectomy and had hypophiser irradiation. Bronchial carcinoid tumor, responsible from Gushing Syndrome was noticed at X-ray which was taken during the first operation, two years ago Elective lobectomy was performed succesfully. Here in we want to emphasize the possibility of carcinoids in cases with prediagnosis of pituitary Cushings. We also mentioned the value of retrospective evaluations of chest X-rays.
