COMPARISON OF TUR TO TUR-MVAC THERAPY FOR STAGE T2NXM0 BLADDER TUMORS

SSK Okmeydanı Hast. II. Üroloji Kliniği The recurrence time was evaluated in 27 bladder tumors with the clinical diagnosis of T2NxM0 between 1.9.1986-30.8,1989. The avarage time for recurrence in 14 cases subjected to TUR-MVAC chemotherapy presented recurrence approximately in 13 months. In this group one patient died during the third month of chemotherapy. Tumor free survival in the TUR + M VAC group was significantly better than in the TUR group (p<0.001). Keywords :
