The mice irradiated to the lethal dose were injected endotoxic serum before and after irradiation and then were analysed according to lethality and bone marrow proliferation % 35 of them injected 20 hours previous the irradiation survived and also had normacelluler bone marrow. This protection can be due to the effects endotoxic injection which stimulated the cell cytokines.
