OBJECTIVES
The aim of this study was to investigate the prognostic factors affecting survival in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma.

METHODS
In this study, we reviewed retrospectively 165 patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. A total of 165 patients were eligible, including 82 female and 83 male patients. The median follow-up time was 34 (3-139) months.

RESULTS
Five-year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival rates for the entire group were 88.5% and 52%, respectively. In univariate analysis, age (p<0.0001), stage (p<0.005), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (p<0.0001), B symptoms (p=0.01), serum albumin levels (p=0.01), and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels (p=0.04) significantly affected OS. Multivariate analysis showed that only ECOG performance status was an important prognostic factor for OS (p<0.001).

CONCLUSION
By increasing the number of patients, these results may contribute to the information about demographical data and treatment outcomes in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma in our country. Keywords : Hodgkin lymphoma; prognostic factor
