Invasive lobular carcinoma usually occurs bilaterally. They are multicentric and aggressive tumors. ILC treatment is similar with that of Invasive ductal carsinom. It requires a multidisciplinary approach. Common sites of breast cancer metastasis include the lung, liver, brain, adrenal glands, bones, and lymphnodes. Gastrointestinal metastases are rare. The stomach is a common site of metastasis. Immunohistochemical analysis of biopsy specimens taken from metastatic sites are key in determining primary tumors. Treatment is standard like other metastatic breast cancers. We report on a case of invasive lobular breast cancer with gastric metastasis.
