Tracheal fibroma: Intraluminal tracheabronchial tumor, either benign or malignant, is not common in a general hospital population. Here in, we present a case with tracheobronchial benign tumor which was identified as fibroma. The patient was suffering from coughing and dyspnea for three years. The routine chest X-ray revealed amputation of left main bronchus. Pneumonectomy was inevitable f olio wing exploration. The patient is symptom free in two year follow-up.
