The diagnosis of precardial mesothelioma was estabilished on a 40 years old male patient, which admitted with a preliminary diagnosis of pericarditis. In the reviewing of the literature, we found about 120 cases were reported before 1985, and we researched the characteristics of this tumor which is very rare.
