GATA Radyasyon Onkolojisi AD. Etlik, Ankara Kimura's disease, often called as an eosinophilic granuloma of the soft tissue, is a disease with a good prognosis, which frequently inflicts young adult males. Histologically it is characterized by lymphofolliculer proliferation and prominent infiltration of eosinophils in the subcutaneous tissue. A 21 years old male case with a complaint of swelling under his jaw had admitted to our department in December 1998. A subcutaneous mass of 2.5 cm in diameter and also submental and bilateral submandibular lymphadenopathies are noted in physical examination. The submental mass was excised.
